I wanted to share my spring playlist with you! I get a lot of questions about my workout playlist – but playlists carry me through more than just my fitness routine.
Music helps me focus, energizes me & puts me in a creative space that makes me enjoy my work even more. I work from home – so it can easily feel too routine/stale. Music helps so much!

After a sleepless night with my sweet sickie toddler – my playlists gives me the energy to not crawl back in to bed – so I thought I’d share! This playlist feels like SPRING to me. Its a mix of acoustic, upbeat, new & old.
I try to do a new playlist every few months – I’ll keep sharing!
It’s gloomy in Florida today – but it sort of fits the vibe of our sleepy house, so we’ll tolerate it, Florida.
I hope you are having a great start to your week. I hope the sun is shining where you are – or the temps are at least starting to warm up! We are headed to a special event partnering with Disney tomorrow morning – really hoping ponchos won’t be involved!
