New Mom Affirmations

Becoming a new mom is overwhelming. Here are some affirmations I am using in this new phase of life.

  1. I intuitively know what my baby needs.
  2. My worth is not tied to how many ounces I can pump.
  3. I can take each moment as it comes.
  4. Better sleep is just around the corner.
  5. There is no one who can mother this child like I can.
  6. My healthiest self is the safest refuge for my baby.
  7. Asking for help gives my baby the best of me.
  8. The quiet moments alone with my baby will be some of my most treasured memories.
  9. While I mourn the way my baby changes so quickly, I look forward to new milestones we get to experience together.
  10. Choosing one healthy habit a day can go a long way. (Eat more veggies with dinner, walk barefoot in the grass, take the baby outside for the sunset, enjoy a stretch session, fill a water jug up in the morning, and drink all day)
