Cozy season is here! Last week I shared my updated nighttime and morning routine. Part of that routine includes putting on pajamas to trigger my brain to start focusing on bedtime! It’s so hard to turn your brain off, but this little clothing change means I’m getting ready to settle down.
I LOVE cute pajamas. Just like my workout clothes, I look for pajamas that make me FEEL my best. I don’t want anything tight or fitted. I look for loose-fitting, soft and cute patterns!
